Delivery Policy

• All US and Canadian Deliveries Delivery and Sales Tax.
• Same day delivery is available in most areas of the U.S. and Canada on orders placed as late as 2pm in the recipient's time zone Monday through Friday (earlier times may apply to some areas). Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.
• Hospital deliveries: Please check the recipient's expected release date and schedule your delivery accordingly. We recommend listing an alternate delivery address. Please note that you may still incur charges if the order was processed and the patient has been released from the hospital.
• This item is not available for delivery outside the United States and Canada.

Substitutions, Sizes & Fine Print

• We strive to deliver the finest quality flowers and plants, we are experts in our field. Mother Nature dictates which blooms are available to us and occasionally we may need to substitute certain flowers with an equal or greater quality bloom of the same variety in a different color while maintaining the look of your bouquet. In making substitutions, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations and that you and your gift recipient will be pleased with the quality and presentation of the gift. • All claims must be received within 48 hours. In the event there has been an error, we must receive notification within 48 hours in order to remedy the situation. We cannot correct a problem once the gift is no longer in saleable condition.
