Water:

Moderately moist soil. Water thoroughly when just the soil surface is dry to the touch. Do not allow plants to stand in water.

Light:

Indirect light.

Temperature:

Warm -- Prefers 70F-75F degrees during the daytime and 65F-70F degrees at night.

Tips:

The prayer plant is fairly easy to grow. At night its leaves fold in prayer and thus their common name. The leaves are dark reddish to purple. High humidity is a requirement of this plant.
